Please know that all of our items are made in house.
Due to the variations of wood please note that there can be a variation of the wood grain, pattern, or color. This will also include when a stain, paint and or clear is applied.
Our custom design are not to be edited, copied, adapted or used for commercial or non-commercial use.
Shipping will be done via USPS Ground unless special request is made.
Ensure your address is valid when making your order. Your order will ship to the designated address. Showtime Designs will not be responsible for incorrect mailing addresses.
At tracking number will be provided via email. Please ensure your email at the time of ordering. Showtime Designs will not be responsible for incorrect email addresses.

Return and Refund Policy

Our goal at Showtime Designs is make our customers happiness a priority. Please contact us if there is an issue with your items so we can resolve any issues.

Terms of return. We will accept returns up to 10 days of receipt of items. Sorry but there will be no returns on custom items or orders.
State of return: It must be in new condition
Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
Process for return: Contact us via emaiil ShowtineDesigns.shop@gmail.com. Customer is responsible for postage for returned items.
Process of refund: Once item is return and condition is validated a refund will be credited to the payment origin in 5-7 business days.
